About Caroline
Originally from Georgia, I moved northwards in 2010 to start culinary school. While I don't have much of an accent, I'll take my Southern roots wherever I go, especially to the kitchen. I have a B.A. in Culinary Arts from New England Culinary Institute. I'm an obsessive gardener, list-maker, and knitter. I believe that most problems can be fixed with duct tape, baking soda, and ingenuity. Growing, cooking, and eating honest, whole food is central to my everyday life.
I've been cooking since I can remember from my play kitchen to pretending I was on a cooking show when I was cooking with my mom (I blame too much Julia on PBS). I would always invite anyone and everyone to sit down and eat some of my butherbeans. Butter beans are still a favorite of mine!
